Head Chef

- 5+ years of professional kitchen experience
- Culinary arts degree or equivalent training preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills

Front-of-House Manager
Oversee all guest-facing operations to deliver exceptional dining experiences consistent with the Chuys brand. You'll manage the front-of-house team, handle guest feedback, coordinate reservations, and drive service excellence every shift.
- 3+ years in restaurant or hospitality management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with POS and reservation systems
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Line Cook
Execute high-quality dishes with consistency and speed as part of our dynamic kitchen team. You'll work across multiple stations, follow precise recipes, and maintain an immaculate workspace that reflects our commitment to food excellence.
- 1+ year of line cook or kitchen experience
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
Server / Waiter
Be the face of the Chuys experience by delivering warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service to every guest. You'll take orders, make menu recommendations, and ensure each table leaves with a smile and a desire to return.
- Previous serving experience preferred but not required
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a customer-first attitude
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- TABC certification or ability to obtain quickly
Delivery Driver
Represent Chuys on the road by delivering fresh, delicious meals promptly and courteously to our customers' doors. As a delivery driver, you are the final touchpoint of the Chuys experience — reliability and professionalism are essential.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Reliable personal vehicle with current insurance
- Familiarity with Dallas metro area preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
Marketing Coordinator
Drive the Chuys brand forward through creative social media campaigns, email marketing, local partnerships, and event coordination. You'll work closely with management to grow our digital presence and keep our community engaged with chuy's latest offerings.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Experience with Instagram, Facebook, and email platforms
- Strong copywriting and visual content creation skills
- Passion for food, hospitality, and the Dallas community
